We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, close to the World Cultural Heritage site, Hieizan Enryakuji Temple. The service and staff were excellent, always ready to assist us. The room was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we needed, including a flat-screen TV and a terrace with garden furniture. The hotel also offered a range of facilities such as a spa & wellness center and a sun terrace. we were impressed with the level of comfort and quality this hotel provided.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

We had a pleasant stay with a great dinner on both nights. Our visit to the World Cultural Heritage site was unforgettable. Although the room was a bit old and the bathroom lacked lighting, the beautiful location and great services made up for it.
We couldn't enjoy an onsen experience, which would have been perfect for the cold weather.

The firework display on New Year's Eve was incredible, and the traditional Japanese food served during all meals was exquisite. The staff was polite and went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable.
The rooms looked old and outdated, and the carpet was even torn in places. The lack of sufficient lighting in the bathroom made it difficult to see, and the biggest disappointment was the absence of an onsen, which was something we were eagerly looking forward to.
